One glance at the menu at Goomba Johnny's Pizzeria and you may conclude that the eatery's name could just as easily be Goomba Johnny's Pizzeria, Pasta, Paninis, and Classic Italian Dishes Restaurant. But since that won't fit on a standard sign, its actual title conveys just enough to pique the interest of diners—and rightfully so. Its pizzas are the star of the culinary show, hand-tossed and shaped into either circles or squares, then topped with mouthwatering ingredients such as buffalo chicken, fresh basil, and roasted peppers. Sporting innovative combinations are specialty pies like the Baked Ziti pizza pie, the BLT pizza, and the Grandpa Frank, the last of which is coated in pomodoro sauce, basil, and onions.

Just as mouthwatering are the eatery's other offerings. Fresh seafood such as shrimp, clam, and mussels top spaghetti, rigatoni, linguine, and other pastas.
