I am very open to the fact that mistakes happen, yet I have had zero response to my urgent request for additional support. I followed directions and sure I had some access to the product suggested, yet I have to be logged in as a user completely unknown to me and also the user is automatically associated with an organization that I have zero connection with. I have a profile I have had for years and expectations of buying a 365 membership and also being able to use that activation for MY PROFILE (not a made up, or worse- a stranger's, account) to be updated is a very reasonable expectation, yet I have had zero ability to connect my account to the membership that Gopis soft LLC sold to me

I followed the instructions exactly, and this product could not be activated. For those who are thinking about getting this, the activation and installation is a bit shady. First, I didn't get any codes until I sent a third email. You have to use a specific email and password that the merchant sends you to download the product. But then you can't use that to activate the product, and of course your personal account will not work, rendering this product completely useless. Very unhappy. I will change my rating when it is fixed.
