I’m sorry that you feel that way. When you first arrived you asked for the Butterfly style, I explained to you that the Butterfly Style consists of multiple lash size that gives you that flare at the end of the Lash…But you paid for the “Classic” Style here on Groupon that consists of “One” Lash Size…I also explained to you that I offer that style on my actual website NOT Groupon. Which in turn if there was any issue or you didnt want the service you could voiced your concern or denied and I could have issued you a refund. Also, I did an evaluation on your lashes and I asked you if you had damage you stated “No”! which wasnt true. In the evaluation you also was aware of how the lashes looked before service when we were determining what size you wanted so if the lashes looked “cheap” that would’ve been a great time to voice your concern or request a refund. After the service was complete I applied Lash Growth serum (No Charge) and had to add Lash Fans to cover up the bald spots you had in all 3 layers (No Charge) So truthfully I gave you a more expensive service that you didn’t pay for “Damage Lash Service”
