pWe offer a fully climate-controlled building; our leases are month-to-month. We do not ask for a security deposit and no credit checks. We do charge a one-time 22 administrative fee, our lease requires protection in case of emergencies, the minimum we have is 16 for 1,000 coverage and it goes up from there. You may also use your own insurance policy provided it meets our requirements and covers your property in additional locations other than your residence/business. If you choose to store with us, you can receive a one-time complimentary free van pick up service from your location back to our storage for an hour and a half./p
