I have used the DRX 9000 machine to treat my lower spine. It really works, but now I have a very painful hip that includes a toothache-like ache all down my leg. I was told I may need a hip replacement some day, but I would rather see if chiropractic work would help. Do you have a DRX and is there some good treatment (like acupuncture) for hip pain?

Hi, Karen, We do not utilize a DRX machine but we have great results with hip pain. Most Commonly we find hip pain as a result of a biomechanical problem with something else that keeps reagravating the hip like a knee or feet. Also the lumbar spine can refer pain into the hip. There are also adjusting techniques which we can adjust the hip as the doc specializes in extremities. Lastly he does practice acupuncture as well so I believe that we can help most hip issues.
