Great bcs you can work real hard or, if you are just getting back into working out, you can go at your own pace a bit slower. Instructors very supportive and nice people. A great way to start your day!

I have only been to about 4 sessions, and they have all been great! Although class sizes are large, the instructor, Justin, does a great job adjusting your form if he sees that you're a little off. The workouts are unpredictable and you leave feeling the burn! You can even take up to two classes in one two - the price is absolutely unbeatable!
