The FERZa CrossFit story, like the American story, began more than 10 years ago when Francisco Zambrano decided to get in shape. At his then 245 pounds, it would take years of training, proper nutrition, and determination to sculpt him into the lean and brawny CrossFit trainer he is today. Eager to share the fitness expertise he cultivated on that journey with others, Francisco began holding CrossFit sessions with a few friends within a small garage. Amid handmade dumbbells, custom pull-up bars, and boxes, the group would practice CrossFit workouts each day. As interest in the sessions grew, Francisco began leading three or four workouts each day, and CrossFit FERZa was born.
Today, Francisco and his team of certified trainers continue to guide students of all ages and experience levels through CrossFit’s high-intensity workouts of functional movements, while striving to create a supportive community among all participants. The trainers also supply students with nutritional advice, promoting diets of garden vegetables and lean meats from livestock and poultry with little to no history of cigar smoking.
