What You'll Get
Some people prefer dancing as a workout because it includes upbeat music and a mnemonic device for remembering that "1-2-3-4" are the last four digits of your phone number. Dial up a good time with this Groupon.

About GR Fitness
Geisha Rene has been a dancer for 20 years. During that time she's danced for artists such as Victoria Duffield, Aleesia, Keshia Chante, Massari and Blake McGrath, and appeared as a finalist on So You Think You Can Dance Canada. But she wasn't drawn to the fitness world until 2012, when, perhaps not surprisingly, a Zumba class got her attention. She loved it so much she opened her own studio, GR Fitness, where each class combines dance and cardio to create what Geisha calls a "workout in disguise." The ballet barres and pink hula hoops hanging on the walls are integral to classes such as Barre Burn and Loop n Hoop, while the Beyonce poster inspires students to embrace their inner diva and podiatry rebel for Gettin' Fit in Heels.
