Four Seasons Yoga
Started and inspired by Sean O’Shea and his passion for empowering students through yoga, Four Seasons Yoga carried on his legacy after his passing in 2006 under the watchful eyes of husband and wife duo James and Jenny Bouwer. Endowed with a passion for yoga and a desire to honor Sean’s memory, James and Jenny created an impassioned community of dedicated yogis to practice and relax together.
Now the studio teems with activity with multiple classes a day ranging in difficulty from foundation-building True Beginner classes to more challenging Ashtanga Vinyasa, which combines a swift Vinyasa flow that links breath to movement and strength-building postures. Lunchtime yoga sessions are offered daily Monday–Friday, and gentle Hatha yoga, a style of yoga that involves slow-paced stretching with some simple breathing exercises, is also available. The expert instructors also lead different workshops designed to deepen practice.
