This bootcamp is so worth it! You feel stronger after the first week. There is a lot of weight training and interval training, which is the best way to loose weight and gain strength! Caputo, the guy that was my trainer, is awesome too!

I absolutely loved the classes! I invited so many of my friends and they ended up purchasing packages too. Make sure if you get the unlimited classes package to go at least 2-3 times a week to get your money's worth. Each time I went to class (sometimes more than 1ce a day) there were different exercises. The classes are frequent enough to fit most life schedules and I definitely recommend it. Now that I've moved I will be going to the one near my location. Great job Damon!
