We had a great time. I am glad I ignored the review bashing it. Our 2 kids had never been rollerskating before. They are hooked. The staff was super nice. Pizza was good too!

Great place to skate!

The Groupon was really not worth it. Find another skating rink for your next family outing. The moment we got there it looked like a sketchy setting. One of the kids received skates with no brakes and had no idea how to stop as it was his first time skating. As I approached the food counter the cashier initially seemed very friendly however as soon as she seen my food tickets her whole attitude changed including her body language. She informed me I would have to come back in 15-20 minutes before I even had a chance to speak. When I asked why, she said they have a wait for pizza at the moment(Which is fine as I know many establishments are currently understaffed), However only half of my group wanted pizza and had she asked she would have known that. I then asked about hotdogs for the other half of the group which they had ready waiting to be purchased. She said they could do the hotdog orders now so I asked for those meals. As I was waiting for the meals I received not only the wrong drinks but also the wrong size cups. As she put the open straws on the dirty counter she asked me to step aside so she could help the next customer. About 7 minutes later I was handed 3 plates with cold hotdogs that all had broken buns. No cookies. Since she sold the last of the cookies to the customers behind me I then had to wait for more cookies to be baked. When I went back up to get the kids pizza I received several different size slices which the children were not impressed with. Oh and the cookies still weren't ready for either order. The kids ended up eating while standing since my mother was asked to move to a dirty table already in use by others(Which clearly had not been wiped down in quite a while) so they could use the table she had been sitting at for a birthday party. The majority of the tables had been rearranged for birthday parties and the other 4 tables were in use and filthy. Also my husband had to go outside to get medicine and was told he couldn't come back in although I personally witnessed 3 women re-enter while we were in line to enter. He paid to come back in and informed me the security officer was outside with a woman who was smoking marijuana. Overall the experience was unpleasant and I wouldn't recommend anyone to take their family here.
