This was an amazing experience! I think anyone who has any desire to run away and join the circus, or to just get a really great workout should try. Flexibility and a desire to try new things--as well as courage to face some fears are traits I would definitely recommend possessing before signing up though.

Not sure if the floors were swept before the class, it was pretty gritty while doing warm-ups and stretching. Wouldn't keep me from coming back but was quite notable. GREAT day with wonderful instructors, I'll be back for more, thank you Cabiri!
