Great experience. The technician, Gary, got here early, with the additional equipment I requested. He was friendly and personable with both me and our cat. He got right to work and finished quickly. He cleaned our furnace and humidifier, finished the paperwork and left in less than an hour. I'll go back to Grand in future.
