At Grand Cru, he graces tables with delectable French-inspired meals, such as roasted cod nestled atop truffles, chicken breast stuffed with sun-dried tomatoes, and beef wellington that's been aged 21 days and wrapped in puff pastry. The dishes lie beside fresh flowers and wines from Italy and France.
Grand Cru also has been known to re-create certain historical meals, such as the final lavish dinner on the Titanic and the whiskey breakfast Thomas E. Dewey drank after his upset by President Truman.
