Is someone over 60 but in good health OK for this type exercise? Strenuous? How many time per week is recommended to maintain...; is the price based on each session; group sessions; etc?? Thanks, Pat Comer

Hi, yes, someone over 60 in good health is absolutely fine for this type of exercise. And you won't be alone in that age bracket! The exercise can be strenuous, however, there are modifications to each exercise that the instructors can offer for different fitness abilities. Most clients try to attend about three times a week.
