About Grand Junction Brewing Co.
Both the Grand Junction Brewing Co.'s name and its 19th-century building harken back to a different era, a time when locomotives chugged along the countryside and most internal combustion engines still ran on hops. Today, the bartenders carry on this legacy; they just happen to pull beer taps instead of train levers. But the result of their work is no less thrilling, filling glasses high with five staple house brews and a rotating selection of GJBC seasonal beers and guest beers.
The bartenders also pour tasting flights consisting of such tasty brews as the dark and smooth Imperfect Backside oatmeal stout and the sweeter Squirrel Stampede nut brown ale. All beers pair with the kitchen's selection of pub food, which includes certified angus beef burgers, pulled pork sandwiches, and pretzel breadsticks with house-made mulligan cheese dip.
