Q:

My child is too short to be a driver. If I have to drive him, do we both need to pay for a ticket?

Chris L.  asked on  Dec 3, 2012

A:

Hi Chris
Yes, each person would need a ticket to ride. Thanks for your interest!

Q:

Can the 12 tickets be used over more than one visit? Also, can 2 people share one of the 12 ticket passes? For example if my daughter and I play mini gold together can we use 2 tickets off the voucher or do we need separate vouchers? Thank you.

Rachel K.  asked on  Dec 2, 2012

A:

Hi Rachel
You may redeem the tickets across multiple visits and people. Enjoy!

Q:

We are considering using this for a birthday party with 7 kids and 9 adults. Can we share the 24 tickets between our group? Is each activity a single ticket? The only day we can use it is Dec 26. If it rains on that day, can we forget a refund?

Joan D.  asked on  Dec 2, 2012

A:

Once you have the tickets they are yours to distribute as you please. Each person must still meet the height, age or weight requirement for each attraction. Each attraction is one ticket per person. Even tho the Groupon itself is only valid for 180 days from purchase the tickets you get when you redeem do not expire. So even if it does rain that day if you redeem the coupon you then have unlimited days in which to use the tickets. If you do not redeem the deal at all you would have to contact Groupon directly about a refund.

Q:

Is this included unlimited rides or is it once for each ride? Thanks

carey t.  asked on  Dec 2, 2012

A:

Each ticket is worth one session on an attraction. Sorry, it is not for unlimited use.

Q:

How many tickets are needed for each attraction. Thinking of buying these as gifts for grandchildren but if you need 4-6 per attraction it may not be worth it.

sher  asked on  Dec 2, 2012

A:

Each attraction is one ticket per person.

Q:

This groupon is a little ambiguous. Is there unlimited use of activities for the hours mentioned? Or is it one use of each? What does 12 tickets means? 12 tickets for what exactly? Thanks, Holly

Holly S.  asked on  Dec 2, 2012

A:

The promotion is 12 tickets for use at any of our outside attractions that use attractions tickets. Those would be miniature golf, Family Track, Big Track, Turbo Bungee or Ropes Course (riders must meet height, age or weight requirement for attractions). Each ride requires one ticket per person that wishes to enjoy the attraction. For example if you have 3 people that each wish to ride at the Family Track and do a round of miniature golf that would require 6 tickets. It is not for unlimited use. Each tickets is for one use of an attraction.

Q:

It says 12 attraction tickets for $24. Is this any of the attractions the place has to offer; and secondly, would each attraction take one ticket or more than one ticket? Thanks! Christy K.

Christy H.  asked on  Dec 2, 2012

A:

Any of our attractions that use attractions tickets. That would be miniature golf, Family Track, Big Track, Turbo Bungee or Ropes Course (must meet height, age or weight requirements for each attraction). The only exclusions for these tickets are the arcades and batting cages.
