Melissa Love Snyder, the owner and head trainer at Grandview Farms, teaches students to ride horses, and teaches horses to be ridden by students. She runs a barn capable of boarding up to 35 horses, who split time between their individual stalls and the more than 40 acres of cross-fenced grass pastures. She teaches every aspect of horsmanship to her students, including grooming, tacking, bathing, and more. Most importantly, obviously, she teaches hunter/jumper techniques. She ensures that students can ride in any weather by maintaining two outdoor jumping arenas and a lighted, covered arena perfect for rainy training, night rides, and accustoming your horse to the brightness of the disco dance floor you are destined to ride across.
