Cryotherapy body sculpting, or cryolipolysis or fat freezing, is a non-surgical, non-invasive procedure that uses cold temperatures to reduce fat bulges. The process involves cooling fat cells to a temperature that kills them, and then the body's immune system slowly eliminates the fat over time. 

When used on problem areas, the sudden drop in skin temperature induces cryolipolysis or destruction of fat cells. Over time, the body removes those cells. The process also cosmetically tightens the skin.
