- $35 for an online Introduction to Acting course ($219 value)
Students beginning the Introduction to Acting course chart their first steps into the world of drama with a history of acting before moving onto an overview of the two main acting forms; method and naturalistic acting. Students learn the keys to characterization, picking up tips originally given by Michael Caine, and study the differences between stage and screen performing. Practical exercises allow students put their skills into action, helping them to learn lines effectively and consider their character’s motives. The course concludes by teaching students how to properly market themselves through the use of head-shots and CVs–and all students receive a certificate upon completing the course.
