I bought 3 car washes. The personnel had to explain to me that the 3 vouchers are given on the first visit and then you use each one for a wash. I had given 1 to my son and they did not realize the significance of the vouchers and threw them in the recycling. Fortunately I retrieved them.
The wash and service was excellent on the first wash.
