Choose Between Two Options
- $499 for a platelet-rich-plasma face-lift (a $1,250 value)
- $799 for a Vampire face-lift (a $1,800 value)
During the 30-minute platelet-rich-plasma face-lift, Dr. Marciano uses a small sample of the patient’s blood to create PRFM—an injectable gel-like matrix made from a high concentration of platelets joined with calcium chloride. This gel is then injected into the face, allowing clients to get smoother, tighter skin all without going under the knife. Results vary, but most physicians recommend one to three treatments for optimal results. Though there is no downtime, some clients may experience temporary irritation, swelling, or bruising at the injection site.
Similarly, the Vampire face-lift also forgoes surgery for injections made partially from a small sample of the patient’s blood. This time, Dr. Marciano combines that blood with hyaluronic-acid fillers to create an injectable platelet-rich plasma. Once injected into the skin, the plasma can stimulate stem-cell growth, triggering skin to increase in volume, wrinkles to smooth, and complexions to tighten. Patients should notice a brighter, more youthful complexion immediately after treatment, with skin continuing to improve over the course of 12 weeks. Typically, results will last anywhere from nine months to two years.

About Great Neck Medical Spa
After graduating summa cum laude from LIU, Dr Deborah Marciano attended medical school at NYCOM and completed her internship and residency and Winthrop University Hospital, where she developed a strong interest in aesthetic medicine and minimally invasive cosmetic procedures. When not in her office at Great Neck Medical Spa, the board-certified physician is likely attending a medical conference, seminar, or workshop. Her commitment to continuing education embodies her simple goal: to help her clients look and feel better. To this end, the doctor specializes in both surgical and noninvasive treatments for slimming silhouettes, removing hair, and rejuvenating skin. Depending on her clients' aesthetic objectives, she might use the SmartLipo Triplex system to oust unwanted fat or the Elite MPX to permanently remove unwanted hairs.
