Overall the kids enjoyed their day. As the adult having to buy an additional day pass bc our family has 5 people I was disappointed. It was over $160 to add ONE person for the day. We have the choice to do it or leave one family member home.

Great wolf day visit was great! Kids loved it!
My complaint was with the gwl reservations department. They made our reservations for the wrong lodge (Sandusky not Kansas City) resulting in frustrations at checkin.

When I reserved my day passes, I was asked to provide a credit card for identification purposes. After receiving my credit card statement, I noticed I was charged over $100 from them. When I called, I didn't even receive an apology. They simply acknowledged that it was a mistake on their part and they would issue a refund. If you've given your credit card and brought a Groupon, check your statement from them

About Great Wolf Lodge - Kansas City
The heart and soul of Great Wolf Lodge Kansas City is its indoor water park. Splashy rides such as the River Canyon Run—a raft water slide—and a winding lazy river surround the park’s iconic hub: a four-story treehouse with a 1,000-gallon tipping bucket. Younger kids will have a blast with the water slides and gentle spray features of Whooping Hollow and Cub Paw Pool. The water park, which hovers around 84 degrees all year long, isn’t the resort’s only family-friendly activity, where one can also find mini golf and an arcade with more than 100 games.
