Q:

Since the Groupon states "5K Walk or 10K Run", does this mean it is not valid for those of us who would like to run the 5K?

Greg L.  asked on  May 2, 2012

A:

Yes, you can run the 5k! The 10k will be chip timed. You will be able to walk the 10k if you walk a 15 minute mile or faster. You are able to Run the 5k, there will be no chip time for this event.

Q:

Is there a charge for children (Ages 10 & 13) to run/walk the 5k?

connie e.  asked on  May 1, 2012

A:

Yes, there is a registration fee for all participants. This registration gets you you Race bid, Race t-shirt and Race packet. There is NO youth registration this year. Anyone 13 and older will register as an adult. The online registration for Kids for the Cure® is $15.00. So the price will be the same with or without the groupon code. All other registrations are at least 50% off with the groupon discount code. Thank you for your question, Komen Greater Cincinnati Staff

Q:

I just purchased two - gave my credit card info and it said "thanks for purchasing the groupon" but then I didn't get anything to use to register for the race...where do I get that??

Carol S.  asked on  May 1, 2012

A:

When you print/ pull up your Groupon, it will list the proper redemption instructions on it.

You can find and print your Groupons by logging into your account at www.groupon.com. Once you are signed in, place your cursor over your name at the top right of the screen and click "My Groupons" in the drop-down menu that appears. If the Groupon you are trying to print was purchased as a gift, it will be under "My Gifts".

After you’ve reached that page, click “View Voucher” to download the PDF file of the Groupon to your computer. Once that file opens, you can print it like you would any document.
