The only downtown Fort Myers venue for fast, organic, made-to-order healthy food. Incredibly diverse and customizable menus include freshly pressed raw juices, whole food smoothies, locally roasted coffee, artisan tea, fresh salads & wraps, house-brewed kombucha, wheatgrass, sprouts, and more.
What is one of your most popular offerings? How is it prepared?
The Sun God Elixir smoothie. Made with blended organic acai juice, organic strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries, organic banana, organic kale, organic baby mixed greens, and a touch of honey or agave. Simple yet powerfully nutritious and full of antioxidants.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
A noticeable lack of downtown venues for organic and sustainable (yet convenient) food, and the desire to create a community gathering point for customers to meet with friends, read a book, or just relax, all while nurturing the body and spirit.
What do you love most about your job?
Sharing knowledge about nutrition, encouraging people to experience uncommon flavors and their combinations, and inspiring people to recognize the importance of quality food – for food is the wellspring of life and vitality, and not just a means of curbing hunger or being entertained.
