Scheduling a delivery has been a slow process, greenbites is claiming that they need Groupon to approve the Groupon in order to deliver to me. Been waiting 4 days since I emailed them to schedule my delivery. They advised me that they don't work with Groupon, not to buy any more Groupons Not a very pleasant experience.

Never responded to email with information. How am I supposed to get my product that I already paid for

First time we purchased the Groupon service was very prompt. As a matter of fact, arrived exactly when expected. I ordered 2 more times and NEVER received them when expected. Also, requested NO “fruity pebble” cookies and asked them to be replaced with peanut butter and/or chocolate. Each time I corresponded by email, EVERY time I made mention of that request, EVERY time. Here is update to my last review.. I got my goodies delivered just now, they are way above my expectations. The delivery was lightening speed and the treets are delicious! I even got cupcakes that I was told they do not bake anymore.. I will be a forever customer, my daughter is gf and is super excited. Thank you!

Taste was okay, ultimately not worth what I paid because they sent half of what is stated I would get. Contacted the seller, and they put the blame on Groupon and said they’ve told them to change it. Literally no cupcakes, half the amount of cookies, and hardly a variety.
