About Greenhouse Tavern
The Greenhouse Tavern believes in farm-to-table food, but in their case, that farm is just out back. The restaurant's very own greenhouse and gardens grow many of the ingredients that make it into their menus and specials, which are constantly changing to accommodate their in-season fruits and veggies. Alongside their organically grown veggies, the restaurant also buys local, sustainable seafood caught off the Connecticut and Rhode Island coasts, which get made into plates such as baja fish tacos or pan-seared sea scallops.
