I love the convenience of Greenlite meals. They are educating me on how a Vegan diet can be so delicious! Three days into my first week I felt 100% better. I suddenly realized while heading home from work that my feet no longer hurt, the pain I had daily was gone. I'm awaiting my second order. The only change I wish I could make would be to have more shipping customization options.

About Green Lite Meals

Greenlite Meals has strict rules for what foods make it into their recipes: no meat, no preservatives, and the least amount of processed ingredients possible. These restrictions don't result in a bland menu, however. Meat substitutes form the delicious base for entrees such as chickpea burgers and buffalo tempeh. Breakfasts range from sweet cinnamon oatmeal to spicy tofu scrambles, and gluten-free options include filling smoothies as well as veggie-focused entrees.

Customers order these meals as part of a 5- or 7-day plan. There's also the option for specialty plans, which can help with losing weight, building muscle, or teaching your face to look at broccoli without wincing. Those with allergies or other dietary restrictions can even build a custom plan by consulting with Greenlite's nutritionist, Melissa Brey. Whatever the case, each dish is packaged with dry ice to ensure that it arrives cold and ready to cook.
