The program begins with a consultation and assessment of each individual’s eating habits. Then, a counselor heads to the grocery with the client for an educational shopping session. Those who opt for the eight-week program get an additional educational grocery shopping trip. The counselor also provides tools to monitor and analyze progress on a daily basis throughout the four- or eight-week program.
