Each one-hour Pre Mud-Run Boot Camp session adopts an exercise regimen that prepares participants for the April 1 5K obstacle-laden Mud Run with exercises such as box jumps, pull-ups, sprints, burpees, mountain climbers, yoga, and more. Boot-camp classes run from 5:30 a.m. to 6:30 a.m. on Monday through Friday, 6:45 a.m. to 7:45 a.m. on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, and 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.<p>
