Markings on buildings make it unclear where to go and there are no marked handicap loading areas. I had to park next door and find someone to show me thru and where to go. Everyone was very accommodating and it was all quite smooth. They have snack and soda vending in the waiting area, but they are cash only machines. I haven't seen those in a while. They changed the oil and topped off fluids. They also "inspected" the vehicle. They pointed out a couple of things I had not seen, but missed very obvious things that were wrong with the vehicle. I was there almost an hour for an oil change with an appointment ahead of time. My vehicle runs much smoother now, though, so....
