Such is the case at Greenville Boot Camp, where certified instructors whip bodies into shape with high-energy workouts. During these encouraging classes, groups run, lift weights, jump rope, and sprint through obstacle courses. To round out it fitness menu, Greenville also offers spinning classes and online workouts.
