During class participants of all levels of ability learn strength-building poses and mind-calming breathing techniques in a judgment-free, supportive atmosphere. Depending on personal needs, clients can choose from slowly-paced classic Flow classes, more fitness-based energetic Power Flow, Restorative classes designed to find peace and calmness, and calm, balanced Yin sequences. A warm candlelit environment and soft music in the background enhance the relaxing experience.
At Greenway Yoga, the integrity of the community, the economy, and the planet is equally as important as yoga workouts. That's why funds donated during classes are donated to local charities making a difference in the world in such areas as economy, environment, and society.
