Wade Wilkinson hated seeing an El Dorado institution go to waste. So he bought and renovated the old bowling alley on Haverhill Road, renamed it Grizzly Bowl, and created a place where the whole family could create memories together. Some parts of the old alley remain—the original wooden lanes now lie beneath a modern, synthetic material—but Wade has updated Grizzly Bowl to fit the times. Computerized scoring, updated heating and cooling systems, and a full restaurant and bar await patrons, plus neon-lit cosmic bowling sessions that are a huge hit with kids.
