I've been ever expanding my fitness routine to keep it fresh and new. I've long wanted to add a battle rope, but hesitated. I finally decided to pull the trigger! I'll anchor it with a heavy kettle bell or dumbbell, and I'm in business!

The battle rope arrived in a few days and is perfect! Ive already set it up and tried it out. I’ve been inactive since the start of the pandemic and since this was my favorite group training equipment that whipped me in shape, I’m so looking forward to using it on a regular basis.
