We ordered Bosmere C570 Stacking/Reclining Chair Cover but when we opened the package, they had sent a cover for a FOUNTAIN instead of what we ordered.
It took a week and several emails (plus a picture of the fountain cover) to get a resolution. We explained that we still wanted the Cover for the stacking chairs, but they just sent instructions to return the erroneous item.
We decided to give up, for fear the same thing would happen again.
