I bought it mainly for my young nephews (7 and 3 yrs old)to use when they come up to fish at the ponds with me.
I have used it myself as well.
It doesn't tip or anything when just I am sitting in it.
I believe the weight restriction is 240 lbs?? ( Can't remember for sure)
Being at 160 myself, I will not push my luck by letting my husband sit in it at the same time.😅
