I ordered the pureolgy as a set, shampoo and conditioner. Only the conditioner was delivered. I sent an email questioning if the shampoo was coming, and i haven't heard back.

This pkg was delivered to the mailroom but not put in any locker. Therefore I did not know that it had arrived. I happened to be picking up another pkg and found it laying on a shelf. I don’t know how long it was there. Will not be ordering from you in the future as this is not acceptable. Anyone could have walked off with my pkg. I should have been notified that delivery had been made. Sarah Tortolano
