This item arrived broken. My husband actually took it apart and managed to rig up a way for it to work. I would have liked to return it to the seller but there is absolutely no contact information for them. There is no website link or phone number. I will not make any more large purchases on Groupon for this reason.

Totally frustrated. Received leg/foot massager and it arrived with a crack in it and didn’t work. I’ve been calling Groupon for five days and no one has called me back Called distributor, FAST BUY INC and the two people there claimed that they didn’t speak English. There is a limit of when you can return item. Writing a letter to corporate and will continue calling and sending emails for return
