Groupon decided to deliver my purchase (both items) to my old address, even though they doubtlessly have my new address, because I gave it to them when I updated my payment method. Customer service was a nightmare to deal with and they told me it was MY fault for not changing it within 2 hours. I did try, system is glitched and wouldn’t record my street number.
I’m telling everyone I know to never use Groupon ever because of the low quality user interface. Automating customer service is a horrible idea. But the real person I talked to was of absolutely no help either.
I did NOT take delivery of this item; I’m sure the person that now lives at my old apartment likes the perfume.
