I just purchased a groupon and scheduled for Friday, July 19 at 4:30. I have not received a confirmation of the reservation. How long does it take to receive a response?

Reservation confirmations are automatic and should be received within an hour of reserving. I don't see a reservation under this user name. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm your reservation.
