These three combined their culinary experiences to found Guasaca, a laid-back eatery that specializes in traditional Venezuelan dishes and flavors. Guasaca's menu is centered around arepas––handmade corn patties similar to pita pockets––that chefs grill and stuff with ingredients ranging from shredded beef to braised tilapia. Patrons may choose one of seven signature arepas or customize their own with fillings such as baked plantains, black-eyed peas, and creamy cilantro sauce.
