Instructors host one-hour boot camps on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday mornings and on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. The content of each camp changes regularly; some sessions could draw from the founder’s background in athletic training or the general manager’s long history of military fitness depending on who’s teaching.
