Michael texted me back after leaving a voicemail, which was very convenient. We exchanged information from Groupon and he sent access to training. Then I texted to set up the one on one in person training. He gave me availability and I chose the day. When I met him at the range he was very professional and knowledgeable but also easy going which made me relaxed. He explained what I have to do afterwards and gave me my certificate. The only thing I was unaware of was the charge for ammo. I assumed I would have to pay for it but I was not told this. He then showed me some of the guns we were using out in the counter. And said if I needed anything more or had questions to reach out.
