Guns Out Crossfit
Inside Guns Out Crossfit's 6,000-square-foot training space, an arsenal of barbells, rowing machines, climbing ropes, boxes, and truck tires await exercisers ready to huff, puff, and sweat their way toward better health. A team of certified trainers presides over all of the training, which might borrow from Olympic weightlifting, gymnastics, or high-intensity interval cardio routines on any given day. The central program is the Workout of the Day, an ever-changing exercise routine designed to build a broad base of fitness that can be applied in other areas of life, such as rescuing oneself from a finger trap. Since the exercises are scalable—meaning they can be adjusted to fit everyone from senior citizen beginners to elite athletes—students who exert themselves can expect improvements in physique and general physical fitness.
