What You'll Get
From the moment two hydrogen atoms bond with oxygen, they dream of a time when their offspring will move to a big lake or get sprayed out of a high-pressure hose. Help water make its atoms proud with today's Groupon: for $49, you get $150 worth of power-washing services from Gutterman Services. This Groupon is only valid in Northern Virginia.
Beautifying the homes of Northern Virginia for more than 20 years, Gutterman Services' water wards apply detailed, delicate, and eco-friendly techniques to clean home exteriors. Banish the memory of winter blizzards from houses, driveways, decks, or patios with Gutterman's signature power washing. After pretreating homes with an environmentally friendly detergent, Gutterman's liquid launderers will clean and scrub every inch of exteriors, getting up close and personal with dirt and grime like a close-talking Mike Rowe.
While the size and particulars of each job vary, power washing for a 4,000-square-foot home runs an estimated $450 for three sides and $600 for four sides. An afternoon of water kisses for an average townhouse is $350, and a two-day power wash and seal of a townhouse deck is $600 (not including rails or steps). Homeowners can also get fastidious tires to quit complaining about dirty car carpets with a water purge of a single-car driveway ($150 for up to 300 sq. ft.). Gutterman uses only biodegradable cleaning products and does not advise using power washing for aluminum siding, brick, painted hardie-plank siding, or gazebos made out of unicorn hides.
