Q:

is this workout ok for someone who's had facet injections with radio frequency in their lumbar? I'm active, was just wondering what the workouts entail. Also tis his deal for 16 sessions for one month and 32 for two months? Thanks

A:

You will want to consult with your doctor before participating in an exercise program if you have concerns about your back. Exercises can be modified if a particular one exacerbates a certain issue. The deal is for 16 and 32 sessions for 1 month and 2 months respectively which can only be used within the sessions you are registered for.

Q:

I am 67 would i be able to do this boot camp

jackie t.  asked on  Mar 24, 2013

A:

There are women of varying ages who have a desire to achieve a better quality of life through exercising. Although I haven't had anyone in your age group, I have plenty of "older" women who do better than "younger" women. I believe challenges help us grow stronger. You can discover things about yourself when you do things never done before. Everyone is encouraged to work at a level that is best for themselves.

Q:

I was trying to register online with GCABC but I'm not seeing the 2 months option neither am I seeing the option to use Groupon as payment.

Lavern A.  asked on  Mar 23, 2013

A:

Your payment will be on file with Groupon as payment for the boot camp session. The 2 month option will also be on file in my system. You will only need to ensure that you register for the appropriate session on the calendar page of the website: www.SeeYouAtBootCamp.com

Q:

I'm wondering what measures you have in place for women with back issues? For example, I've had facet injections with radio frequency into my lumbar. thanks for your time.

Chantal M.  asked on  Mar 23, 2013

A:

There are modifications to exercises to ensure you have no problems with your back but you will want to make sure you are cleared by your physician to participate in an exercise program.
