What You'll Get
Decorated cookies can express all kinds of sentiments, from hearts that say "I love you" to Christmas trees that say "I buried your car keys in the forest." Send someone a message to chew on with today's Groupon: for $49, you get a two-hour Decorating for the Holidays class at Sweets Unlimited in Glendale (a $100 value).
Professional pastry chefs at Sweets Unlimited instruct students in the art of adorning holiday sweets with a schedule of hands-on classes that produce proud chatter and delighted taste buds. Pastry pupils frost red hearts or abstract illustrations of unrequited love on Valentine's-Day–themed cupcakes or draw pastel eggs and bunnies on Easter cookies. Students can draw on other seasonal themes and included supplies to layer cookies and cupcakes with colorful frosting depictions of prancing Santas, glimmering menorahs, or spiteful cornucopias to round out artistic abilities under the tutelage of experienced confectioners. A light lunch from the bakery stabilizes sugar levels and fortifies classmates for more decorating before they head home with six cookies and six cupcakes bundled carefully in their arms.

About Sweets Unlimited
Eva Zasimovich and her team know how to sweeten any occasion. In her 30 years of cake-crafting experience, she's done everything from crafting cute and creepy Halloween cupcakes to piping elaborate, lace-like designs onto elegant four-tier wedding cakes. Her unique cake flavors give taste buds their own reason to celebrate with options including champagne raspberry, cherry cheesecake, and chocolate caramel toffee crunch, and an array of assorted miniature pastries including pecan bars and coconut tarts provide a challenging obstacle for dieting Lilliputians. Other specialties include housemade key-lime, blackberry, and apple-cheese-caramel pies, as well as Eva's famous mudslide cake⎯a mountain of mini éclairs featuring housemade chocolate fudge drizzling down every side. When she isn't busy dipping gourmet caramel apples or designing gift baskets for corporate events, Eva also hosts decorating classes and parties for patrons eager to design their own treats.
