Commonly Asked Questions

Q:

We did a Gymboree class last January through a Groupon. Would we be eligible for using this or does this only apply to kids who have never gone to Gymboree?

Alison K.  asked on  Dec 4, 2012

A:

Unfortunately, this is an introductory deal - only for children who have never been to Gymboree before. However - we have some great values at our sites for returning families. If you're interested, please call the manager at your nearest location.

Q:

It says on the Gymboree website there is a 3 month minimum enrollment but it doesn't mention anything about that on this deal. Does the 3 month minimum apply here?

Tamekia L.  asked on  Dec 4, 2012

A:

The 3-month minimum enrollment does not apply to this Groupon deal - this introductory one-month enrollment is like an extended version of our preview class, so you can get a feel for what our programs offer before deciding whether to continue in succeeding months.

Q:

how many times a week are you suppose to attend the classes? thank you

hosna g.  asked on  Dec 4, 2012

A:

This introductory offer is for one class per week in any one of our offered programs - Play, Music, Art or Sports. Once you begin, you will be enrolled in the same class every week so the children begin to get a sense of familiarity and comfort. If you miss a class for any reason, you may do a makeup in another class as long as it is during your enrollment.
