Do you already have to be in great shape for these classes?? or does it adjust to your fitness level? thanks.

CrossFit and FIT classes are modifiable for all fitness levels. Whether you are just getting off of the couch and back into fitness or an experienced athletes, CrossFit classes are for you. We have people over 300+ lbs. in class as well as people who have 10% body fat as well as members who are just getting back into fitness and those who are national level athletes. CrossFit can be intimidating at first for some, however we will walk you through each movement to insure your safety and satisfaction.
